Jan Ayar

CEM

Jan Ayar has worked in the field of scientific equipment sales and support for over 25 years. He started his career working for the UK Government Veterinary Laboratories, researching rapid test techniques for the BSE crisis in the mid 90's, before moving to Mars Petcare. Whilst there he managed a multi-disciplined nutritional analysis role, using instrumentation such as IC, LC, GC, GCMS, and ICP. Moving from the laboratory based role he then focused his attention on a career in sales management and technical support for a range of companies. These include CEM, Dionex, Thermo Scientific, Shimadzu, Retsch, and Biotage before finally returning to CEM.

Today Jan is a CEM product specialist in food analysis, and provides training to customers in the UK and Ireland.
