In the unlikely situation of the event being cancelled a full refund will be provided for the cost of the conference only.
We can’t offer any refunds unless the event has been cancelled.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed due to Coronavirus COVID-19?
If the event has been cancelled, we’ll be in touch to confirm when your refund will be processed and what action you need to take.
We’ll also get in touch if the event is postponed. Your booking will be valid for the rescheduled date but if you can’t make it, you can get a full refund.
